Alexander Boots is a currently in his fifth year of the Architectural Engineering program at The Pennsylvania State University. In May of 2017, Alexander will be graduating with an Integrated Bachelor and Master of Architectural Engineering degree with a focus in construction. He has passed the Fundamental Engineering Exam and is well on his way to striving to become the Professional Engineer he has dreamed of. Alexander spent his first two summers working for a roofing contractor in his hometown and taking classes at his local Penn State University branch. For his third summer Alexander studied in mainland China and Hong Kong, participating in the Architectural Engineering’s China study abroad program. The program focuses on current construction practices, infrastructure and commercial development and cultural history. This past summer, Alexander had accepted an internship to work at The Office of the Physical Plant at The Pennsylvania State University.
