Final Report

The following document is a final report of three analyses and one research topic related to the construction industry and the Agricultural Engineering Building at The Pennsylvania State University. Throughout the 2016-2017 academic year, the project's construction techniques were analyzed to identify potential opportunities. Three specific analyses were chosen and goals for each were established. Detailed and specific research was performed for these analyses related to cost, schedule, and constructability. Additional a research component is analyzed as to whether an IPD delivery approach is best of the university
